I hold a solid background in mental health: I have been a therapist since 2016, with an MSc in Psychology and an MA in Counselling Psychology from McGill University. I’m registered as a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC #13398) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.
Since 2020, mindfulness has been not only an essential part of my personal life, but also the core of my therapeutic approach. In 2023 I began training with the Centre for Mindfulness Canada, a member of the Global Mindfulness Collaborative, and in 2024 I formally began my training as an MBSR facilitator.
My goal is to offer a safe, respectful, evidence-based space where you can explore new ways of relating to yourself and to the world through mindfulness.

The program is designed for anyone interested in mindfulness and in learning practical tools to reduce stress and anxiety in daily life. No prior experience needed.
No. You do not need any prior experience with meditation or other mindfulness practices. If you already have some experience in meditation or yoga, this programme can help you maintain or deepen your practice.
The group size varies each edition, but is usually small —between 5 and 10 people. This allows for a more personal, close-knit experience.
